RT3 Realty & Management LLC is managed by Rhonda Covington-Jenkins - a licensed Broker in Illinois. Rhonda was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and was introduced to real estate at an early age. With both maternal and paternal grandparents being property owners she was well versed in tenant relations even before high school.
After studying business administration at East-West University it was natural that she would become a property owner herself at the age of 23!!! The purchase process intrigued the driven entrepreneur and she knew she would be great as a Realtor.
After much personal success with managing her own and family members' properties it seemed only natural to offer the services on a broader scale, which is how RT3 Realty & Management LLC became established in 2020!
Today, RT3 Realty & Management has become Chicago's "go-to" company for all things real estate.
